when i click on sign in it shows my name as with a silver account but i do have a gold account but i cant access my details in this place if i use readingsplash and add me as a friend then i can see my scores and that i am a gold member.why
cant i just log into xbox.com with my name which is on the xbox and is linked to my gold account just seems odd

To provide a little more info, some games do nothing when I click play in the game pass app, or try the desktop shortcut.

Others will begin to open or show a launcher and then display this error popup:

{GAME NAME} can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.
