Thanks for the help but has not worked? How do I remove the store to install it again?

Since the new dashboard was put in place, about 2-3 years ago, I have never seen the Store tile disappear from the front queue. It will move across the used tiles until it reaches the last tile and stay there until it is used again. I think that is what its designed to do for easy access.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Store being stuck on the queue. This happened to me before as well, I suggest power cycling the console.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
   

Try to manually install the update for the store, or remove it and try opening the store again.

Sorry to hear that did not help.

Press the Xbox button and navigate to the Store that's in the queue. Click on it, click on it again, then click Cancel.

Try opening the store again.

At the dashboard, the disc should not spin past the initial read of the disc to load the game tile graphics and any graphics needed for the dashboard. If you're not leaving the game tile highlighted, nothing should be spinning.



Open a ticket with support to report the issue.
