On my main account I was accused sensitive info but i don’t Have the same email no more so...

When setting a new email address to the account, kindly make sure that the new email shouldn't be associated to another Microsoft account and most importantly not associated with a previously Created Account. I have this issue on multiple games while using the same sensitivity on both my main and new account.

I also have the issue about switching Gamertags between two Microsoft accounts. I get the same error message "Sorry, we can't change your Microsoft account right now. For more info, go to Xbox.com/AccountSwap" and the URL still doesn't exist. This is very
frustrating as I need to connect my Xbox Live account to my main email account so that I can access my Skype / Xbox Music etc. via Xbox One

Ok, its been over a month now, and i was final able to switch my account email over so BlockABoots is now my main account with my main email, so CommendedFlyer2 is now more, YAY!!!

Another person on Microsoft’s answers said I can use my main account and nothing will happen to it and said it’s not broken and don’t have to make a new account. I was asking if that goes for the same with my second account. I can’t request a refund on my main account and my second account
