On mx vs atv legends when I enter the rawlings hill race its just a black screen

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Check for any pending game updates.



Go to “My Apps & Games”, select MX vs ATV Legends, and press the more options button. From the list, select “Manage game & add-ons” and then “Updates”. Any updates will be available here.

Solution 3: Set up manual DNS settings.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220



Solution 4: Do a factory reset



1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

This doesn’t work multiple people on multiple consoles and pc are having the same exact issue this needs to be fixed I know everyone didn’t pay for this game to not be able to ride a 450 it’s kinda wack everyone been waiting over a week and there’s no update to the game

Yoo there is an update right now mines doing it I’ll come back on if I get threw the black screen

Same here. Also on PC. It's kinda crazy how this issue has persisted for this long and there hasn't been a fix found yet. Here's hoping they fix it.

No they haven’t, I just tried again… I hope they do soon, I’m stuck playing exhibit races!!!
