do is bring up your Enforcement history and trying to submit a case review.

enforcement.xbox.com. Otherwise you have to wait out the suspension.

I agree with the first post here, and I would also link you to this
guide just in case a DDoS attack occurs with recommended steps on actions to take. Additionally, if the user sent any messages to you that you want to report to Xbox Enforcement, you can do so using the instructions found in

this guide, and you might consider
blocking the user if you want to avoid future unwanted contact. Please note, though, that calling another user out by name is against the terms of this forum, and no other information will be provided to you about another specific user. Hope this helps!

i wouldnt worry to much, just block and move on, ip addresses are technically public anyway so getting someones ip address is technically not against the law, its if they start ddos or some other nafarious actions against that ip is when it becomes illegal.
