On both twitch and Xbox - it says they are link. When I go to stream it just keeps...

Still not working, I signed out of twitch both on the app and on microsoft edge on my xbox, but it still persists. When I check twitch and my xbox settings, they both say my account is linked. However, when I go to my xbox dashboard>capture and share>live streaming, it still prompts me with the qr code. When i scan the qr code and authorize again, it just shows me a new one.

What just happened when you tried to follow the prompt to link your account via QR code? Did it still not work?

Let's re-add your account and power cycle your console to refresh your account data:

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:

Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

I'm having same issue, tried deleting user profile from twitch app, uninstalling twitch, reseting stream key and then trying to disconnect xbox one from twitch under connections ( unable to remove xbox one keeps saying successfully disconnected from xbox
one, but then refreshes and still says connected) all this and still issues off not able to watch channels. and now i cant even broadcast either because everything is messed up from reseting stream key and unable to disconnect under connections on twitch
site so now when i broadcast it says i dont have gold.. when i do.

Finally a thread about this! I had enjoyed using twitch until now. It appears to work fine on my xbox one. But then when i actually go on my iphone to view the stream it says url not found even though it worked perfectly in the past. What is going on? I
tried uninstalling twitch and reinstalling multiple times. Changed stream key and also detached xbox one from my twitch account and reactivated to no avail.

Please fix this ms!
