On average 1-30 days how long does Microsoft Privacy to respond a report?

So I've found my old Xbox 360 and i tried to sign in with my account but i forgot the password, the only thing i have is the Xbox ID, my account email/gamertag and the owner of the account which it's me. i tried to recover it but fail due to lack of information
i don't recall. I asked help for an Xbox Ambassador and he suggested that i get help from a Microsoft support specialist and then i'm being suggested to report this problem to the Microsoft Privacy and i did.

The 1M dollar question is : What is the average day(s) that Microsoft Privacy respond back?

Bonus 1M dollar question : is there any other unknown way to recover an old Microsoft account?

(my brother told me that if we bought Xbox live with it's possible to recover it but our grandfather's card expired and we don't recall any information about it.)

Edited: The Microsoft privacy responded back and i think that i'm in a loop and getting no help and i guess because they're trying to avoid helping me and making it someone else's problem, at this point my last option would be to go viral and hope for someone
watching youtube that can solve this problem can help me.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums.I understand there is an issue with a Microsoft Account. I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:
Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account
password.

I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these, and proceed with the
Account Recovery Form.

Try this out and let us know the results.

Hey there Brad,

I tried this and and it did not work because i don't remember much, i tried filling has much information i could but i only remember the email, i no longer can use old phone number linked with the old account either.

I already have multiple time. Does it take a long time for them to respond? I get they get alot of emails and can only work during business hours but it shouldn’t take this long for them to respond. How long on average does it take for them to reply?

If the Enforcement Team said nothing changed, they may look at the issue as closed. You may need to open a new post in that forum with new information.
