Omega updates missing. Tried several fixes, nothing works

Hi Omega Chefe,

A lot of gamers have tried more than uninstall and reinstall the game and unfortunately they're facing the same issue. They've to release an update to fix this!

same here have tried everthing in the fix sticky and nothing has worked still missing GS and avatar items

Omega, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that fixes the issue?

Yeah I went from being 10 years to 5 now. I tried to delete my profile twice whenever they did an update but still nothing. They are working on it though so hopefully soon they get it fixed. I miss my big 10

Any update to all of this? My kids have been having the same problems for several weeks now. Tried everything and nothing has worked.
