Yes, we did try all of these steps. We even tried the remote play on other devices as well. I will only work when on the same Wi-Fi network as the console.

yeah before I could even get to my wi-fi settings it had already started to install, an when I shut down the Wi-Fi it said pause in que, so I guess it was downloading the updates first, SO now its at 1% an will probably take all nite before it gets to 32%
an then fizzle out like it did last time, LOL what a joke this console is, IT wouldn't let me start over even at 1% Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Ok let’s assume that I have a bad wiring. My friend with the direct connection (without cables in the walls) is having the same exact issue. In this case I don’t think that cables are problem in here. I already adapted myself on this slow speeds but to be honest the fact that Wi-Fi is faster than wired connection is pissing me off. If the Wi-Fi speeds were slow as well I’d never post about this topic anywhere. But now I want your help guys to find the reason of all of this.

Are they both connected via Wi-Fi? If so, I recommend you visit our Slow Performance page and go through the steps with the slower
performing console. Let us know how it goes.
