Bans/Suspensions that are permanent are typically enforced for a very good reason if the reason is severe enough. I know it sounds lie no big surprise but the honest truth is that accounts that are suspended permanently cannot be re-accessed under any circumstance.
While in theory the Enforcement Team could technically re-enable access to the account they can't and won't. When there's a terms of service or a code of conduct breach big enough, like you said repeated toxic behavior left uncheck even at any age level regardless,
consequences will come about because of that.

As the moderator had stated... the Enforcement Team doesn't use support chats or the forums and there's no official way to really contact them. If your issue was able for a case review it would have appeared on the Enforcement website at the time of the
account enforcement but since its been 5 years that's no longer the case and the account is essentially gone for a better lack of words.

A lot has changed in recent years with Xbox and if you can, a good starting place to get yourself back on track would be by checking out the resources over good behavior on Xbox Live on the Enforcement website as well as check out the "new" Xbox Community
Standards.

Welcome to the forums, As the above Mod and ambassador have mentioned, but the ambassadors can't really handle the ban/suspension, that's all the enforcement team.

I'm not sure if there's a length or period of time where your ban might fall away, and I'm not sure that's how they work it either. There's a chance if the account was permanently banned, they would have just removed it.

You can try appealing to the enforcement team, but it might just work out easier creating a new account, and then getting yourself gamepass ultimate.

The only way to get in touch for an Enforcement Action on your account, would have to be via the

Dude that sucks especially since you cant play halo. I do think an update for the perma ban needs to be added as you said you were a kid and that was 5 years ago

Why? If the ban ends after 5 years then it isn't a permanent ban is it?

Permanent bans are not issued lightly & are usually a result of multiple suspensions or a extreme violation of the code of conduct/terms of use.

Doesn't matter how old a person was when it happened,there's enough warning of what will happen to your account if you continue to break the rules,especially the ones who get perma banned after several suspensions.
