Old Xbox account recovery issues

I had an xbox a while ago and my account name was SlothfulAtol3. I have since lost access to the account and I believe the email to the account is also not correct since it was made using a one time use email by my father. I dont know the email used on the account or the password to the email that it may have used. I have sold my first xbox 360 and do not have it however I do have my xbox one that I believe is still signed in.

Your father would be the only one who knows.

Create a new account with your credentials.

I think you need to contact the official support team!

So maybe they can, through some specific question, change the email and password of this old account!

Hi,

it's very easy. Try to log in on Xbox live with the related email and click on 'forgot password'.

The system will reset your password and will send you an email with a link where you can choose a new password.

And don't forget to write it down. ^^

Unfortunately if you don't know any of the other details connected to the account you wont be able to get it back.

They need something to verify you are the owner, or anyone could phone up and claim they just couldn't remember the address.
