Old Xbox 360 Account has reset on new gen when signed in but not reset on 360. Any ideas?

The achievements really don't come on another device, because it's an emulated game, it's not the xbox 360, the games aren't all that work in backwards compatibility, if it's not compatible like fifa games, which have different versions for each generation, it won't show.

When was the last time that you had signed in to the old account? Xbox accounts that are inactive for a certain period of time get closed down and become inaccessible even if you can see the profile when looking it up.

I don't think you guys understand me. How can It not have been more clear.

I can't get the Xbox 360 to reset.

If anyone can tell me how to reset the Xbox 360 when it has no drive in it because I cannot remove old settings, and new profiles are not loading new system updates.

The online follows the rockstar cloud, which can go from XBOX 360 to XBOX 360, in this case old gen to new gen, XBOX 360 to XBOX One/PS4.

The single player follows the hard drive, and can only be transferred from XBOX 360 to XBOX 360. The single player mode can not be transferred to the new gen consoles.

Reset the old 360 network settings back to factory defaults.

Disconnect the old 360 from the internet (remove adapter).

Connect the new 360 to the network after a reset to factory defaults.

I would reboot your router/modem as well.
