If you know the Email sign in at

and go to services and subscriptions up at the top and you can manage and unsubscribe from the gold subscription

We understand that you are trying to cancel a recurring subscription from your account that is inaccessible. To make sure you will reach your desired goal, as support advisor, we will provide you two options: contact your bank or contact live support. Feel free to choose whatever you will be comfortable with or if one fails then try to contact the other.

You can contact your bank and inform them to cancel the subscription on your card.

For contacting live support, please see the steps below:

1. Please go to Contact Live Support.
   
2. On the search bar, please type your concern and press Enter on keyboard.
   
3. You will be provided with support articles that is related to your concern. Select Contact Support.
   
4. Next, categorize your concern.
   
5. Look for the support options to reach out to live support.

If you can't access the account you may wish to contact the Xbox support team using the link below and select the option to "CHAT WITH XBOX SUPPORT" or "Request a phone call" and as long as you can answer the security questions they ask about this account
you should hopefully be able to get them to turn the gold subscription off on this account.
