did you ever get it to work? i have tried contacting them and they are not any help?

Not helpful. Well into the game now and still no skin. Everything I've read says the skin should be available as soon as you join Constellation, and yes, I'm aware the skin applies to only the deep mining suit, helmet, and the cutter.

I am with you on that, i hope i don’t have this issue with the DLC
