Old hotmail account is locked, and the recovery mail box has been deleted

Hello,
I am writing this question from my professionnal mail because I don't have any other microsoft account.
I plugged my old Xbox360 yesterday, and I can not access my profile for the reasons specified in the question title. I know the password of my account , but in order for me to unlock the hotmail.fr box, I have to get a code from another mail box that has been permanently deleted due to inactivity, therefore I am unable to verify my own account.

Is it possible to bind another mail box to this hotmail.fr account ? And if not are there ways to unlock my situation ?

Quick edit : As told in the ticket, the hotmail.fr account is really old (maybe 10 years old'ish), so all my attemps to verify the account with the option "can't access any mailbox" were rejected automatically since I don't remember all the details like old credit card infos (excepted the name). I do have the console, the profile name and the console ID but it wasn't enough apparently.

Hello Nicolas, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account.

This doesn't sound fun at all. I'm afraid that there would be no way to bypass the security info that you put in place. At this point the only thing I could think of would be to try contacting the original email service and see if it's possible to turn the old address back on temporarily. It may not be possible but it's always worth a shot to ask.

Locked accounts can happen on the oldest accounts as it's not related to how long has the account been active

The ones that have access to account recovery can't be contacted by users, this avoids other issues that can happen, will be necessary to wait the response trough mail

I'm sorry, but you may have to try contacting the company associated with the e-mail to try and reclaim it, but there is nothing we can do here. If the e-mail is a hotmail or outlook account, you can try these links.

Hi guys just to add on this is the email I got in reply to my request on my old account reactivation

"We have determined the Microsoft account -my previous email address- does not exist. This is normally caused by an account being set to inactive, the account was deleted, or the account has expired. The account recovery request with issue number 636xxxxx
has been closed.

Please note the following:

A Microsoft account will be set to an inactive status if a user has not signed in to Hotmail for a period of 270 days.

A Microsoft account will be deleted if a user has not signed in to an account within 365 days."

I thus created another microsoft account, this one, and have been trying to tie my xbox GT to it. But in order to do so I need to have access to my previous microsoft account that has been deactivated.

try and delete the profile then re-download it and what do you mean ur email has been disable if its lock or you cant log in to it from the PC then it may have been hacked if lock contacting Hotmail is ur best bet for that
