Old gamertag on console and when try to change it.

6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

I have done those steps and it did not help me to solve the issue.

Just a question, I did not pay for that change as there was no info to do it. Do the new users have a one free change of gamertag? I can pay for another gamertag change but I am afraid that it will not take any effects as prevoius change.

That make sense but there is still visible the old gamertag 3 weeks after change.

Your first gamertag change is free, regardless of how many changes you made before the update in the past. Subsequent changes are the same as before ($9.99 USD).
