OLD free Xbox Gold games not letting me play them.

Hey guys I downloaded Outlast , and Super Meat Boy on my Xbox One months ago and have achievements for Outlast but all of a sudden when I go back to play Outlast it asks me if I own this product and tries to get me to pay $20 for the game. Here is more information
on the issue and please ANYONE who is having or has had this issue please reply/comment down below:

1. No I did not and do not have any other account on my Xbox.
2. Outlast and Super Meat Boy are mysteriously the only games not showing up in my Download history
3. Already contacted support and was told to make a post here seeing if others have had this issue with these titles or previous Xbox Live Gold Games.
4. I have achievements on Outlast showing I played it (Before you say I used paint to edit anything I used paint to screenshot this and save it so I could send it into an email to the person who helped me on support)
   
   
5. I had Outlast and Super Meat Boy installed and thinking it was an issue today that it was saying I didnt own it I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it but it would only show up in the store where it prompted me to pay $20.
6. I previously streamed the game in December but unfortunately the game recordings only stay for 1 month
7. I did have Xbox Live and renewed it 5 days after playing Outlast

Please if this issue has happened to you or someone you know or ANYTHING similar to it PLEASE comment and make it aware. If I can get more people to support this issue hopefully Microsoft/ Xbox will investigate this more thoroughly and they can fix it!

Project cars not working

Hi, I'm trying to download the free with gold game this month and its not letting me, I'm pretty sure all i did when i downloaded Outlast last month i just pressed the free with gold (i pay monthly via direct debit so i know i have gold). If it helps its
not letting me play Outlast now at all and i get this error code saying ea access or Xbox live is out of subscription. All on the Xbox webpages it says my gamer-tag has gold membership but go to download the free with gold and it wont let me, not getting any
error messages on the console and online the webpages it'll only let me buy the game for £23.99 otherwise the tile next to it says "get gold"

 

Just started up with xbox live from my laptop but i cant play online

My xbox live account tells me that I a month of free xbox live gold membership but its not letting me play online. keeps saying "this profile cant play on xbox live at this time". what do I dooooooooo????????? please help

Do you have any other accounts on your Xbox One that may have made the free "purchase" when the games were available? It's possible they were purchased on your Xbox One while it was set as their Home console allowing the account you're on currently to play
it. The account that made the original "purchase" would need to set your Xbox One console as it's home console again.

Also I don't believe you even read the full extent of the issue as you can see my first point is "
