Old delisted Activison Games

Generally games are delisted when their licenses expire. This games are based on comic and movie licenses. These licences are only finite and cost millions of $$ to buy/renew. Just because Microsoft now owns Activision makes little difference.

Sony currently holds the license for the Spiderman games.

You can as long as the game isn't delisted from the sounds of it it's delisted

If you are buying old codes for the sake of old games I'd just get updated games as you can't refund old games

As mentioned it dorsnt matter if you bought old codes if they are delisted they can't br purchased even with a code

The 360 marketplace os shutting down next year but a lot of games are already delisted

this is why the old IW team (now respawn) took activision to court because they fort it was there game and they wanted to take it away from activison. GG i counted 3 because the portable games suck

Games are delisted for various reasons so it's not always easy to just put them back up. In the case of Forza games, they're usually delisted when the licensing for the cars/music expires. The developers/publishers don't always want to pay to renew licenses on old games.
