Old Call of Duty Anti Cheat?

My question is assuming the acquisition of activision goes through will there be any plan to secure legacy Call of Duty games servers with a dedicated anti cheat similar to ricochet? The problem comes from games like black ops 2 where one can obtain a mod menu by simply going to theater mode. Lots of people are abusing this and ruining multiplayer.

Why can’t Microsoft just change the whole support system I can 100% guarantee if Microsoft changed the support system for activision it would be much better. Activision support is genuinely horrible

Hello, my account has been falsely banned by activison, i have spent over hundreds of dollars on my account, and they have banned it for no reason. I tried contacting their support team but they have the worst support team ever. I have done research and found out that Microsoft owns activision. I also found out that after their recent update, the anti-cheat has been detecting the anti-cheat as a cheat itself. Many people are frustrated, including people who play on consoles. I am at level 470. I've spent so much money on the game that I just want my account back. Many streamers were also banned after the update, but Activision has unbanned them after less than 24 hours because the streamers bring more people to the game and money. But what about the rest of the community? they don't care about their fan base at all and its really frustrating.

While Microsoft does own Activision, their support is still completely separate like its always been. That part hasn't changed.

so youd have to continue trying to appeal to Activision.

1. It is only happening to Halo Infinite. All the other Xbox games on my PC work fine.

2. The game was installed with the Xbox app from the Microsoft store.

3. I use only the windows 10 built-in Defender. It is not run through a VPN, I have a VPN for work, but it's just the built-in windows VPN and it was not running while the game is trying to launch. No PC optimizer, or proxy. Anti-cheat would be per game, I do have a lot of games installed which have their own anti-cheat, like Call of Duty MW2. Or Chivalry 2, Gears 5, Warhammer Darktide. Halo Infinite has it's own Anti-cheat software. No mods.
