Old account with gmail username that I can no longer access.

I have the email address associated with the account and I have access to the recovery email address

I have reset the password but then when I try and log on it says the account doesn’t exist.

I still use my gmail account everyday so it’s not that the account has been in active.

Hello Weessykes, as this is an email from Gmai you will have to contact Google support or check if there is a possibility that the account has been deleted due to inactivity.

If you tried to enter that email in the Gmail where you originally created the account and couldn't, it may have been deleted.

You can try contacting Xbox support to see if they can help you, but since the account appears as non-existent it is likely that they will not be able to recover it.

The entire account recovery process needs the email, phone number associated with the account as an input method (if you have entered it) or Skype name.
