Old account needed new information = Lost access to my account

Hi,

I have an Xbox Gamtertag / account that is around 12 years old. And now i cant acess it.. because earlier this week I needed more "security information" to login. That information wasn't enough for Microsoft and they paused my account untill I can provide
more information from my youth and what I typed in when I created my email 14-15 years ago. I cant recive any information from the email domain, since it has been shut down for almost 10 years.

That is also the reason I wanted to change it to an email that I use now. I have tried this week 3-4 times. Cant I get a real human to test my case so they can ask relevant questions?

I'm not entirely clear, but let me ask.

Are you saying you lost access to your original account, and made a new account?

If so, any purchases from old account will not be available to new account. To access these, you would need to recover your old account.

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
account.

To use it on the new account, you'd have to be able to sign in with the old account, set your Home Xbox up with the old account, and then access it on your new account. If that makes sense.

So as i understand you lost access to your old ps4 account?

that old ps4 account contains the game minecraft?
