    If you're playing your games online, even if you click on "Reset and remove everything" you will not lose your games' progress/saves since they are all saved to the cloud so if you've been offline for a while, connect to the Xbox service before taking these steps.     choosing that option will remove all accounts and any account data, this includes save data, your saves should be on the cloud and should restore when you start the game up.
