    Okay so I got a "Account Theft/phishing/Solicitation" Ban


    So I don't understand this I woke up one morning and I got this ban on my account or suspension see I make mazes in this game I called fortnite and I do it for a $50 gift card for Xbox you have 4 hours to beat my maze and if you fail that's game but if
    you win you get the gift card. So these two kids falsely reported me and now I'm suffering a 14-day suspension for absolutely no reason and developers do the entire Xbox community of favor and actually look into things like this because being suspended for
    absolutely no reason is ridiculous but I came here not to rant but to ask you if you can lift my suspension.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, but offering funds for services does violate the code of conduct.

    Bear in mind that a ban may not occur at the time of whatever led to it....it's entirely possible that it occurred weeks before

    May also take a bit to get a response from Enforcement...I believe under normal circumstances the turnaround is about 72 hours and we are not in normal circumstances right now so times may be extended somewhat

    Not saying you have but, have you ever logged into an account that didn't belong to you? Maybe to gameshare? Even if you were given permission, it is still against the TOS to log into accounts that you do not own yourself. Again, not accusing you. Just offering a possible reason for the ban.

    1. A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    2. Per the terms of services, you forfeit anything on the account in the event that you are banned. I've never heard of anyone getting any funds back.
