Sorry to hear it. If you used a fake email address for your gamertag then there's nothing anyone will be able to do to help you. Especially if you don't remember the password either.

I'm struggling to show what I mean with the removal of even fake email addresses.

I want to use an email address from an unused account as the email on my main account.

Is there any way you can remove the email address attached to an account? So remove my email address from the fake account. That way i can use it for my real LIVE account?

If you:

1) are saying you can't remember the password to your fake email account...

2) are saying you typed in a random email address and didn't expect a confirmation email to be sent to it...

then:

1) just use the convenient password recovery feature everything uses these days.

2) No sympathy for you.

That could be correct. We couldn't remember the email address, so I looked at my "family" and her name and email address were there, but no gamertag. I don't know where else we could find the email address she had, she didn't use it for anything else.
I am curious as to why her gamertag was deleted from both her xbox and mine when we only reset one xbox.
