    Xbox One Freezing on Offline Update

    Ok...I’m about to lose my mind here...So my Xbox was freezing on the opening green screen, I got help from the xbox online troubleshooting guide and downloaded the OUS1 update onto a flash drive. Started utilizing the offline software update with the flash
    drive, containing the OUS1 update and it get about 20% in and freezes then the Xbox turns off. I followed the directions to the letter and it still keeps happening. I even restarted to troubleshooting screen and selected erase all and go back to original factory
    setting, and still no luck...it says preparing console, then turns off after a few minutes. This is so frustrating!! Will the OSU2 update help? Can someone please help.

    Sniper Challenge

    My Xbox keeps freezing when I try to play the sniper challenge, it's disappointing because I can only play for a small amount of time before it freezes then I have to turn my Xbox off then on again to attempt playing. I never know how long it will last,
    but it's usually only for about 15 minutes or less. Can someone please help me? What can I do to stop my Xbox from freezing, I'd really like to play this game...there was no point on having it pre-ordered if I can't even play this. :/// I'd highly appreciate
    it if someone could please give me some advice and directions on what to do to make my Xbox stop freezing...or could it be the game? I looked all over online to find someone who might have the same issue, but it seems like I'm the only one. Everyone else's
    issue with the Sniper Challenge is only on the PC, none with the 360 so I'm thinking it's just my console. Thank you so much, I really need the help!

    Hay iv been playing battlefield 4 since it came out and it freezes 2 - 3 time a day and the rest of the day was ok no probs but since the latest update to multiplayer was released its constant freezing and when its not freezing the colour changes for no
    reason and then it freezes and i have to turn my xbox off and when i turn it back on the single play campaign save is not there and all my weapons and vehicles have been changed and iv tried all the suggestion what everybody has said and nothing helps. PLZ
    fix it soon so i can keep playing and liking the game cas its the only life like game to war.

    I already know the xbox one HDMI port is not a passthrough. I wish it was. my xbox one is in Instand On mode and if its turned off, the TV won't work. It has to be left on. so my question is if its ok for the xbox to be turned on at all times, not in
    sleep mode.

    well i just turned it off then back on again then checked the disk that was ok

    so then i cleared the system cache installed the game and its worked fine since.....

    just hope it don't keep freezing all the time gets quite annoying .....
