I’m sorry to hear you’re having some trouble when trying to play the Rec. Let’s try to sort this out.

However, before that, I would like to ask the following questions:

Are you playing on PC, or Xbox?

What’s the error message or code you see when trying to log in?

Is this the only game affected, or are more games affected?

What procedures you tried to fix this prior to your post creation?

OK, as weird as all that was, I seem to be working now.

After a failed test connection again, it gave me a message about an IP address issue, so I went into network settings and just clicked automatic, although it already was set at that, and it seems to have jump started the connection and I'm back up, although
with a limited connection issue warning, but I've had that before with no issues.

I am having the exact same issue. Only happens when I'm doing Rec. All other game work perfectly fine

Took way to long to actually contact them so I gave up, but apparently they know and apparently they have some stuff "up and running" which is bull cause I got on one of them that is apparently "up and running" and black screen!!! (It was YouTube) But in
all I guess we wait a couple weeks or so for them to fix... Really hope they fix this cause I have nothing else to do until then. Even tried playing offline and got the same thing.. What a load of bull!! >_< 200% Beyond Mad!

Hi BULL, I managed to get it downloading this morning as well, the saved game seemed to load OK without any issue. Hope yours loads-up OK today, am wondering if the game-save issue was a knock-on effect that has been resolved in the early hours?
