Ok. So I just got suspended for a video clip.

Is there anything you can do to help me or is it just a waiting game for them to look at my case I have called so many people to try to get unbanned and they can't do anything about it they just send to me the Xbox support link

I got 8 days for a very serious violation..

I recorded a story related thing where a person was standing still and talking.

All i want to know is why?

I can understand some content isn't.. kid friendly.. and not the best to share on a platform.. but...

Wouldn't it be so much better if xbox turned off recordings for that game.. if they think its that bad, that they have to suspend everyone that records..

everyone who records anything in the game gets suspended.

With games like: Outlast 1+2, DOOM, re7, condemned, and many more games that include hell, graphic dismemberment, etc with waaay worse recordings on xbl. Why is agony auto suspend? Even for people who took a screenshot of the menu .......... just because it is this game they got suspended.

ATLEAST add a warning to the game's store page..

"If you record ANYTHING you will get suspended".

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. You'll have to wait for their response.

We can only guess here. As I said unfortunately no one can give you an accurate reason about why any agony clip gives you a ban and not other games.

You can try saving your clips locally, in that way they're not going to be uploaded to the Xbox network

Who knows with that particular game...there have been so many issues surrounding it...versions being banned, the studio's YouTube account getting banned for "multiple violations of YouTube's nudity or sexual content" policy. Twitch allow you to stream botht the normal and uncut versions of the game (and Steam let's you buy the uncut version)...however, both of those allow a lot more than Xbox do
