An appeal would be the only possible way to have it lifted. If the appeal was denied, there is nothing else that can be done.

Ok, but why am I hit with a two day suspension from a looking for group post made 2-3 months ago that only had “totem speed farm” in it? This is ridiculous

The new xbox won't come out at least for a other 2-3 years, would be so stupid to release halo 4 on 360 just to have a new xbox comming out months after halo 4 and gta5 being released.

An appeal causes the enforcement team to review the suspensions to see if they made a mistake in issuing the suspension. So they would have noticed they made mistakes in issuing 3 of the suspensions, but 2 of them would have been valid.
