Ok, Microsoft you know this is a problem, why won't you fix it? Xbox One turns itself on.

As so many people have contacted you about, my Xbox One is turning itself on without any input form me or anyone else. Based on the numerous forums, complaints, blogs, and emails to you, I find it hard to believe that you have not resolved this issue.
Are you waiting for a class action lawsuit about the energy bills that all of us are being forced to pay because of your inability to fix an issue? Please first, explain your unwillingness to solve this issue, second, fix the issue, third issue an apology,
and fourth return to all of us a portion of our energy bills that you, through your lack of caring, have forced us to pay.

Xbox turn on by itself

Xbox one turns itself on

hey guys...i see I'm not the only one with this problem. Is there a fix for the Xbox one turning itself on. Mine turns on around 3 am. And sometimes around noon. I have nothing set to turn on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the problem you're seeing. We've actually not seen many reports of that issue happening at all. Is this an original Xbox One model, or an Xbox One S model? If it's an original model, try unplugging the console from the power source and
cleaning the power button with a soft try cloth to remove any fingerprints or debris.

If that doesn't help, make sure your console is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector/power strip. The Xbox One console has a built in surge protector, so if it's connected to another one, it's very possible that there could be a
power issue going on. Aside from that, it's also possible the console is downloading updates in the background. Do you have the console set to Instant On mode or Energy Saving mode?

So final post to this discusssion:

Two/three weeks ago i received my xbox one x back

The problem is fixed but.... Microsoft won't tell me what the fixed/repaired.

So for people that have the same issue? Send your xbox to microsoft and the will fix it for u but the won't tell you why.

Ok. So Fix bluetooth problems usually works for a while. But when I connect PC xbox controller via USB (older one, doesn't have bluetooth), the one which connected via Bluetooth keeps turning off every minute. And doesn't turn on itself, as it usually happens.

One thing you can try. Turn the xbox on from the console itself. Once on, turn the controller on. Do not push any of the buttons or sticks while it is turning on. Start the game and see if that fixes your problems.
