    Ok it has been at least a month now give us the option to change our (custom) gamerpics, club pics and club backgrounds back.

    It may never be fully over and I understand all that. But like I said it has been at least a month now and no adjustments/arrangements have been made. Let's just shut it off the easiest way to deal with it but you won't see them shut off taking your Xbox
    Gold renewal, nope they want that money.

    How can they give a time frame when no one knows when this COVID-19 pandemic will be over?

    As long as lockdowns are in place world wide then there'll be a higher than usual amount of people using xbox live & as long as that's happening then certain features on xbox live will be disabled.

    I get that it can be a bit frustrating but you need a bit of patients at the moment while the world is crazy.
