    Ok i need help i tried to log in to my microsoft xbox account


    Hey everyone

    So i attempted to sign in with my microsoft account on minecraft but it said error code crossbow and underneath it said that oops this microsoft account is already linked to a playstation network account but thats impossible as no one knows my log in and i have never logged in on someone else's playstation network and ive only logged it on my main ps4 account its only been logged in on there and i need some help with it because everytime i search up how to do it it says make a new account but i need my old account back because i have spent alot of money on and it has every one of my worlds data on i do have the worlds but it says i need microsoft account to log on to them and it wont let me log on so i dont know what to do because my account has ALL MY DATA and i have spent 2 years building on my old world and its all gone now and i want to get back on

    I cannot change my account on xbox app or xbox game bar

    Ok, so i completed all of the tasks and restarted my computer. Upon opening the Microsoft store I was already logged in on the wrong account. I tried logging out and back in on the Microsoft store but any attempt to log into my Xbox account just cancels the log-in attempt and it doesn't log in to anything. I tried logging into my Xbox app and gamer bar but same issue as before

    My xbox gave me the error code 0x801901f4 when I tried to log in, and I look up for help in Microsoft page, there sed that I have to log of my account from de console, and re-log. I do that and now my account dosent log's

    ok online it says i own the game but on the microsoft store on my pc (which is what i play on) it says i dont own it

    they are both logged onto the same account. i have tried logging out then in again but it didnt change
