Once again thanks for the reply. I have since purchased TSW 2020 and still get a CTD at launch splash screen. I just can’t figure out why it won’t work. I have MSFS 2020 installed and despite the issues after updates I can still play it, TSW is not as graphically intense as that!

I figured it out. I had to unplug the 360 from the internet and play offline. I assume because the game is not supported for Live that there might be an issue while trying to load a game. It worked for my problem anyway. Still need to update the game though.

Ok I think I might have figured it out I logged into Xbox on my phone and it remembered password and logged me in automatically email is ??????.Gmail not ?????.outlook so I might have figured it out if I can reset my password

I had an Xbox one before so it didn't have the capability. I figured my series s wouldn't have an issue as my 4k is good quality

Ok i have had this issue for a couple of days and after speaking to Three they found its a known issue. They then put me through to Hwawei (im using a B535) and they said there has been a lot of reports and they are trying to figure it out. Most issues are
with 3 networks using 4G routers.

I will be taking my Xbox to work to download my updates till this is fixed.

TLDR: Not Xbox issue - 3 issue with Hwawei 4G routers.

PS: Switching to 3G does not work.
