OHMIGOSH> cannot sign on. IT keeps saying there is a connectivity issue.0x80a40019

1. Are you seeing that with an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

2. How are you trying to connect to your network? Is that a wired or wireless connection?

3. Can you please include a picture of any specific error messages you're seeing, in your reply?

4. Have you been able to connect to your network with this console in the past?

5. Any additional details you feel may be relevant.

My xbox one keeps showing me the error code 0x80a40019 when I try to sign into my account. It has been doing this for about a day and I've tried everything. I've restart it and unplugged it.

Tried removing my account and restarting the console and router i test my connected it says everything is good your connected to the internet. Ok i go to sign in into my account it brings up this error message " Try again later" There was a problem, and
we could not continue. (0x80a40019)

Thank you for trying to assist, I followed your directions, rebooted the router and modem, unplugged the power cable. Powered off the xbox. For 2 min, restarted. After 5 min plugged in and powered up the modem and router...

And still the same error.

I have tried all the standard troubleshooting processes out there so far. The problem persists.

If that's the case, we may need to reset the console-keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
