Oh for the Xbox x I don't know where to put the code in for Microsoft

It's very easy to redeem a code, you can redeem it and your own Xbox One.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and select Store .

Press the View button  to open the side menu and select Redeem

Enter the 25-character code, select Next and follow the instructions.

If you want to register your offline account with the email you used with your current account, you will need to first change the email assosiated with the account you accidently registered, just create a random hotmail address and move the account to that
one.

Then you can register your new account with the email. You can only do this once every thirty days.

You can change emails by going to your Xbox name on the dashboard, then going to account management, then change Windows LIVE ID.

That is a good question. For plugging in your Xbox One S, I would plug it directly into the TV to avoid any potential issues running through the cable box. The Xbox One S has an HDMI in plug in the back just like your Xfinity Cable Box has, so if you need

Oh and the actual error is that everytime I've put in the code, a message pops up with a little x in a red circle that says "code not valid. Please enter a valid code."
