    Offline USB update not working.


    I have been trying to fix my Xbox and it’s trouble shooting error. My console is an Xbox one but has an OSU of 10.0.2200, I have tried looking for the correct file for doing a USB update but it doesn’t match with any of the listed OSU’s for update.

    I did recently when I had tried again earlier this week. I can do another reset if needed.

    I have an original Xbox one console. I do not remember if I am enrolled in the insider program at the moment as I haven’t been able to access the console for a while. I was originally fixing an error e101 but it began to swap between e102 and e105. I do not own an external storage drive for the console.

    If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you answer the following questions:

    • May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

    • Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

    • Could you tell me what's the error you are trying to solve by using the offline update?
    • Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

    I did buy it used about a month ago. I have tried a hard reset but I’m not against the idea of trying again.

    Do a HARD factory reset then update

    Did you buy it used? If so it couldvw been the previous owner

    But if you do a hard reset you could probably do officql updates

    The reason why we ask if you were in the insiders is you can't revert lower then insiders

    And also a factory reset allows you to revert back to base and Lowee then osu
