well he is me and i think thats kinda stupid a offline update resets the console and it never stated or says on the offline update page that it deletes or resets the console

10 years gone i dont trust xbox anymore

i did a offline update and it never said they would get deleted

oh also factory resets should have a option to just reset the os keep accounts games apps data and videos and screenshots
