    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool NOT WORKING


    Got this game for Christmas, and already - what a joke! Can't download the update required (which is ridiculous), and the stupid diagnostic tool doesn't work. We've tried it dozens of times, and yes, we have the right OS tool. I realize I'm venting, but
    this was a hell-uv-a high dollar expenditure to be so friggin' buggy.

    Are you referring to the game update or the Console update? What exactly is happening so we can help out?

    I'm having the same issue. The system worked for about a week, now the GSoD. I've also tried both diagnostic tools to noavail. Error code 101.

    i used the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool and i was successful but now its stuck on the black screen with the green loading bar
