    Offline mid game system starts saying I need internet


    While playing offline or watching a DVD my xbox1 will suddenly bring me to the home screen with a prompt claiming I need internet for this even though I've been playing Or watching movies offline. How do I get my system to stop telling me I need internet
    when I'm already playing offline?

    A hard reset may solve this problem.

    Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable.

    Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console
