I spoke with Hope with Microsoft's online support chat function and was told to come here.

I opted into emails and bought an Xbox One at launch, and played for more than 10 hours, and did not obtain my Xbox One Year One package.

i didn´t get a free Limbo-Code, although i bought Xbox One on day one an even have a Day One-Edtion. Why is that? Please check, i´m a Long time xbox-fan and feel disadvantaged.

So I have read online that early adopters of Xbox One got messaged a free download code for Limbo. I however never received a code even though I have the day one edition. I have contacted customer support and was told it might be because I didn't connect
my Xbox one to the Internet until a week after it launched. Is there anyway I can still receive this reward since I technically have been an Xbox One owner since the beginning?

Ive be been redirected to different chats and forums a few times now, so I help someone will be able to give me some kind of assistance.

You could try, but they'll point you towards these forums or Twitter (where the support teams will either ignore you or lie and say only a few random people got Limbo)

Why aren't the Support Agents answering anyone about the lack of Limbo codes?

Theres loads of unanswered threads in the past week with plenty of *** off people.

This needs to be pushed up the line .

I did a support chat yesterday with someone who said I should receive my one year anniversary Items with in 24hrs and if I did not I was told to contact support, so I contacted support today and they said someone here would be able to help me. I purchased
my xbox one in October which is before the November deadline was. Also I have had Xbox live gold on and off for years.

I also contact support they said to post here and there was no other way to resolve this..

Hello i talked to xbox chat yesterday because i happened to not receive my day one acheivement card thing in my box but i got the day one controller and box, i got the xbox from the doritos every2minutes promotion i even have the card to prove it id just
like the achievement please. Ill gladly send pictures of everything it came with to prove im not lying. Im very sad that i missed out on some of todays prizes because of this issue that i never even knew about the achievement until a couple days ago. thank
