The problem that I was having is that I saw Microsoft was doing a promotion that they were giving rewards to people that were using Xbox Live/Xbox One for some time now (because of Xbox's anniversary). Unfortunately I put in the wrong contact email
address and did not realize that until today. So that means I was unable to receive the free prize. I fixed it, but I did not receive any email. (I'm also a member of XBL for 10 years)

 

Hi, I bought my xbox one in January and registered it straight away. I am just wondering why I didn't get any of the rewards for the year one celebrations, as far as I know I met the requirements and I know my one is registered as I had the kinect replaced
this year. As an early one adopter I feel a little let down as I bought some games off the marketplace recently and they took an age to download, as well as all the issues with advanced warfare and halo I'm wondering if I should have just stuck with my 360.

 

Most deffinately should not have stuck with your 360 as it is far past its prime.

But, the xbox year one wasn't that big of a deal, they actually only gave you some backgrounds and a link that would basically say Thanks $user_name which you could edit for any name.

I am in the same boat... I received the stats email on 11/21. It's funny that it says, "Check your email tomorrow and see what surprises await." I didn't receive anything on 11/22 but on 11/24 I get an email about Assassin's Creed Unity. So I know I didn't
miss an email. I meet all of the criteria for the promotion so why no email is beyond me. I did get my Limbo code, though. I do hope someone can help us get this resolved. Sorry for piggybacking on your request. Thanks!

 

And before the moderator says it... I have checked my email in the account preferences on my xbox.com account and they are correct. I also checked my spam and trash folders.... I have everything but this email...

On Friday, 11/21, my wife received her Year One achievement stats email. On Saturday, 11/22, she received her Year One promotions email. I didn't receive either of these. I found it odd, as I've been a Gold member for 10 years. For most of that time, I've
been an Xbox Ambassador. My email has been the same for 10 years, I've also had my contact preferences open for that time.

Last week, I was told via chat on 11/24 that they would be re-sent in about 24 hours. Then, on 11/25, when I didn't receive them, I was told via chat that it would be 24-72 more hours. Now it's been more than 72 hours and still no email. A rep told me today
(12/1) via chat to post here - so here I am.

After hearing that Day One Xbox One users had been awarded with these gifts I checked my email today .. bear in mind I literally had my Xbox One and my Xbox Live account hooked up on the 22nd of November 2013.

Codes are sent by email apparently, but I have not revived one either ..

 

I am in the same boat. I also purchased Limbo for the 360, and I can't get comped for the One? Why is everyone else getting it when I too am an early adopter?
