50,000 credit promotion

I received a coupon to upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. The coupon offered free overnight shipping and 50,000 rewards credits. I received my console but it has been a month and the reward credits have yet to arrive. When should I expect them?

Funny thing is. Gamestop, more often than not, gives me more trade in credit for my games.

Went to trade in a copy of Ghosts on PS4 yesterday. Best Buy offered $15. Amazon offered me $25. Gamestop offered $35(plus I had a coupon that gave me an extra $10 on X1/PS3 trade ins so I got $45.) Not bad. More than I paid for it and more than what it's
going for right now.

Yoshis New Island will give me more entertainment than Ghosts ever would.

Sorry to hear your troubles. It looks like you've been provided with a coupon to use on the Microsoft Store website rather than an digital code for 1600 Microsoft Points to be used on Xbox. The coupon will apply a discount when you purchase 1600 Microsoft
Points from the retailer's website. You must place an order for a 1600 Microsoft Points card and then enter the coupon code which will give you a 100% discount (therefore giving you the points card for free). If the coupon code is still not working when you
place an order then you must contact the retailer to discuss the discount being applied to your order as they are the ones who generated the coupon. They may no longer have the 1600 Microsoft Points card in stock either, so you will have to contact the retailer
to work out the next step for you to take advantage of this offer.

Kmart almost always offers 20 dollar gaming coupons with big game releases. With Gears they gave a 20 dollar coupon and a year of Live for 30 bucks. So basically I just keep using the coupons and get new game for 40 bucks or less.

The offers for Game Pass are provided by the vendor and not directly linked with Microsoft.

For example, all my gaming PCs and laptops came with free Game Pass. one laptop, the offer stopped working or was not activated. I was able to contact the laptop company, and they were able to give me a code. But, sometimes (I don't have any links to prove), the offer may have expired.

I remember many years ago, I bought a PS4 and they said they will give free games. But when I opened the box, the games were not there. I went to the shop where I bought it, and the shop was able to get me the free games and it took about one month.

For example, the company gave the offer in January, and you bought the laptop in August. By the time you bought it, the offer may have been cancelled by the company, and now the coupon has expired on your PC.

So, try with the company brand shop where you purchased. They may give you new coupon or something. But, these offers are not given by Xbox Microsoft, so, not sure that is going to happen.
