    hello. I need some help with 2 things actually.

    I have downloaded the Microsoft rewards app and it tells me in my ofders that' if i upgraded to the Xbox S I would recieve 28,000 points I have done so and still nothing recieved also for the MAY quests I completed that last month and still no reward and
    we are nearly coming in July....just no help from anybody lately .

    Hey Marcelo thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    We have seen this as an issue but we have some information available, as per EPIC games the V-Bucks will show up on your account by the 31st of this month, we understand this is an inconvenience but give them a bit of time and everything should clear up.
