    ช่วงเวลาประมาณ 00:45 - 01:15 วันที่ 12/12/2022 บัตรเดบิตสีม่วงมีการตัดเงินอัตโนมัติครั้งละ 34 บาท จำนวน 18 ครั้งโดยไม่ผ่านการยืนยันใดๆทั้งสิ้น โดยระบบแจ้งว่าตัดจาก MICROSOFT*STORE

    เข้ามาดูในระบบ ไม่มีขึ้นรายการชำระอะไรเลย

    โทรหา call center ดันบอกว่าเป็นวันหยุด แล้วก็ติดต่ออะไรไม่ได้เลย

    อยากให้ microsoft มาตรวจสอบแล้วชี้แจงให้หน่อยว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น แล้วตัดเงินไปทำไม

    หรือถ้าใครมีประสบการณ์เดียวกัน รบกวนบอกผมหน่อยครับว่าต้องดำเนินการอะไรบ้าง แล้วคุณได้รับการแก้ไขกันไหม
