Odmowa zwrotu, a sprzeciw

Witam,

Dnia 6.03 przez pomyłkę kupiłem grę nie na tym koncie co trzeba, więc dnia 14.03 poprosiłem o zwrot. Niestety zwrot nie został rozpatrzony ponieważ jak to Pani napisała minął czas na zwrot. Zgłosiłem sprzeciw od tej decyzji, ponieważ według waszej polityki mam 14 dni na zwrot (więc do 20.03). Czekam na odpowiedź, lecz jeszcze się jej nie doczekałem, w ciągu ilu dni Państwo odpowiadają? Dlaczego mimo nie minięcia 14 dni mówicie że minął czas?

On March 6, I mistakenly bought the game on the wrong account, so on March 14, I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, the return was not considered because, as you wrote, the time for return has passed.
