October Xbox Quests-NO REWARD

I participated in the October Xbox Quests and still never received my "guaranteed reward". Help?

Tried for a while to get someone from Xbox to answer why I haven't received quest rewards since OCTOBER.... no rewards for october, November, December, January, or February. Can please someone tell me what I MUST DO to get an answer?

I already posted in that forum and when I talked to a support person, they told me to post it here.

Since Xbox Quests are not part of the Rewards program, rewards support will not be able to assist. You'll either need to wait for a response for your post in the other forum or post there again.

I'm still waiting on my Xbox quest reward as well. Quest ended in October and it's been over a month.

I haven’t gotten any rewards for the October Quests, or the Spooky Games Quests either.

Hello!

Rewards are typically not sent for a few weeks after the end date the quest. If it was for the September quest, you would receive before the end of October.

I would also like to report I have not seen my reward for doing the October Quest. I completed it during the middle of October.
