October rewards not received

I did everything needed for the October contest to be entered to win the tv but I got no prize. I downloaded game pass and I signed into live everyday and I got 9 achievements. I made sure I got the ones for the ultimate reward on game pass as well. I checked
my email and I checked Xbox live messages and received nothing. Please help

Prizes for Xbox quests are sent out within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of November, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

Hey there,

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

I never received my mystery reward for october either. after an hour with the support team, they sent me here...
