October Quest Reward Not Received

SW WaterPeople · Dec 5, 2017

As the title states, I haven't received the October question reward yet. I know we can't track our progress on them, but I was very particular to on completing each quest item, if not going a bit beyond that to make sure. I waited the 31 days and still nothing.

Hello!

Rewards are typically not sent for a few weeks after the end date the quest. If it was for the September quest, you would receive before the end of October.

Could I get an Xbox support member to answer this request. Since October, I've never received rewards for completed quests.

Hey MoxAssualt,

Codes for this promotion are still being sent out in waves, and all eligible participants will receive their code by the end of this month (codes are sent out 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion). Be sure to check back in if you don't receive a
code by the end of the month!

I still have not received anything from October's Quest...
