October Quest and Reimbursement

I just now got power back and this is the soonest I could create a post But I completed the October xbox live gold quest and have yet to receive a reward, Also I am wondering if I can get a reimbursement for a week of Xbox Live which I had Just purchased
but couldn't access due to the State of Maine being in a State emergency with no power.

Since that is a dashboard promotion and not an Xbox Rewards offer, you'll need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.

Prizes from Xbox Quests are sent out within the following month. If you don't receive the prizes by the end of November, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

I haven’t gotten any rewards for the October Quests, or the Spooky Games Quests either.

I am afraid they don't reimburse mate. Because we only get points when we complete a quest.
