October Minesweeper history has vanished

I wonder if 8.1 Update 1 fixed it? Because all week it has been working fine and the metals are not longer vanishing. Everything looks to be back to normal now. I don't know what version Minesweeper was before or what update fixed it. But it's all good now.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft Account that you used originally. If the Achievements are no longer there than it sounds like you may be using the incorrect account.

well if it is not in your DL history then quite possibly it was bought on a different account as nothing vanishes from the DL history.

So parts of the order history vanished, let's word it this way and see if you can follow.

I'm pretty serious here. One game vanished while I was playing it.

There is a ton of digital games I bought, and I have not checked them all. But I did not have to look far to find one of my favorites has vanished as well.

Both not to be found in the order history anymore.

So Microsoft is obviously losing data.

My xbox screen proves that I own these games. There is no way of faking that.

So, how do I get in contact please?

According to their contact page there is no call available, and web chat with a gamer is not it.

Thanks for your reply. If Windows has its own cleaner, why do CCleaner and Glary utilities always come up with so many files to clean? Similarly, the registry cleaner always comes up with lots of files to delete. I would be happy to abandon these cleaners
if I thought that Windows was doing its own cleaning.
