October Gems

I can now see all my October credits which is great, but when do my actual GEMS get deposited for this as these are still not showing.

MyVIP Gems

Hi Gojira X BoB. Your friend received Gems for having an anniversary in October. Since your anniversary was in September, you did not receive those Gems because the Gems portion of the program began October 2017. You'll receive Gems come September 2018 for
your anniversary.

 

Gamerscore rewards

Gems just started on October 1. Since you reached the achievements tiers before October 1, you would not have received any gems for that. You can still earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn.

 

Any ideas in this one anybody?

There was an issue with Gem Rewarding that was recently resolved. We will reach out to our web team to investigate your account further. We will update this thread once they can confirm if your account is accurate.

Our web team has informed us that upon logging in, you should see the missing five gems from last month's FMO. Can you confirm that the gems are displayed on your Vault page?

 

Its hard for me to tell, is there like a statement page for these? I see a statement page for the credits, but I cant seem to find one that gives me a breakdown for the Gems, I can only see a total balance, not a list of where that balance was made up from?

 

Any news in where I can see like a statement for the gems?? From what I have seen I don't think this currently exists...

Surveys (Oct and Nov) - 4

#YOLO - 5

FrankenRewards - 5

FREEdom (Oct) - 2

General Purchases - 50

1000 Gamerscore increase - 2

Overlord MyAchievement Rank - 500

We have received feedback about providing a more detailed Gems statement, and our web team is looking into implementing such a feature. In the meanwhile, the only places to do a review of your Gems is from the Vault page and your MyRewards MyPerks statement.
